NERC Services and Facilities Community Consultation

The Natural Environment Research Council are asking for the opinions of the research community on the way that the National Capability-funded services and facilities are operated. This includes the UK’s Arctic Research Station in Ny-Alesund, Svalbard. The consultation closes at 16:00 on Friday 30 September.

This is a really important opportunity to have your say on what the station provides, what it does well or could improve. If you have worked there – or would like to work there – or have found that it wasn’t possible for some reason, then this is your chance to contribute your views. We are aware that financial support to access the facility may have been an issue for some potential users – please do register this issue if it has affected you.

The views expressed will inform the process for commissioning this facility in the future. The one-page survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9Q2JLD5. Please do have your say.
