to the Vice-President
(Academic) and is supported by a high-level Industrial and Governmental Advisory
Committee.
The successful candidate will be a recognized leader in marine studies and will
be familiar with
the operations of a self-sustaining teaching and research institute. The ability
to encourage collaboration,
excellent interpersonal skills, strategic leadership qualities, and an entrepreneurial
approach are essential.
